CBRE/New England arranges three leases totaling 41,468 s/f

On behalf of Multi-Employer Property Trust, CBRE/New England has executed two leases at Burlington Centre. CIRCOR International will relocate within the park to 20,463 s/f at 30 Corporate Dr. TSMC North America has renewed its 4,486 s/f space at 25 Corporate Dr. As exclusive leasing agent for the office park, CBRE/NE's Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, and Jason Levendusky, senior vice president/partner, represented the advisor for the landlord, Bentall Kennedy. CIRCOR International was represented by Richards Barry Joyce & Partners' Ron Friedman. Burlington Centre is a 500,000 s/f, master-planned, class A office park situated on 78 acres off of Rte. 3A. The office park consists of four buildings, 10, 25, 30 and 35 Corporate Dr., three of which are LEED Certified by the USGBC. In addition, CBRE/NE handled a lease renewal for Mitralign at 3 Highwood Dr. in Tewksbury. Mitralign has renewed for 16,519 s/f at the property. CBRE/NE's Mark Reardon, executive vice president/partner, represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield's Matthew Adams, senior director, represented the landlord, an affiliate of BPG Properties, Ltd. BPG Properties owns, operates and manages Highwood Office Park. "We are pleased to have assisted Mitralign in their lease renewal at Highwood Office Park," said Reardon. "Mitralign's decision to stay at 3 Highwood Dr. is a testament to the quality of the building and its location, as well as BPG Properties' distinction as a landlord." Located at the intersection of I-495 and Rte. 133 Highwood Office Park is a three-building suburban business campus comprising 278,000 s/f across three buildings. The buildings, 1, 2 and 3 Highwood Dr., are ideally suited for office or research and development space. Built in 1990 and renovated in 1998, 3 Highwood Drive is a 105,718 s/f, two-story building offering contemporary office space. Recent improvements to the office park include renovated lobbies, a newly expanded fitness facility with showers and locker rooms, an on-site café and an on-site full-service hotel with conference and dining facilities.
