CBRE/NE exclusively represented the seller, a fund advised by TA Realty, and procured the buyer, a fund advised by Greystar. CBRE/NE’s multi-housing experts Simon Butler, vice chairman, and Biria St. John, vice chairman, exclusively represented the seller.
