CBRE's PCG named sales agent for two properties
CB Richard Ellis' Westchester/Fairfield Private Client Group has been named the exclusive sales agent for two properties. The PCG team, led by senior vice president Al Mirin, associate Silvia Pogosyan and associate Marilyn Santiago, will market 100 Commerce Dr., a 39,662 s/f office building, and 375 Bridgeport Ave., a 45,885 s/f multi-tenant office building, on behalf of the current owners.
A former corporate headquarters, 100 Commerce Dr., is a three-story building located on 5.5 acres overlooking Bridgeport Ave. Currently known as the Webster Bank building, 375 Bridgeport Ave. consists of three-stories of multi-tenant office space located on 3.1 acres.
