CBRE|The Boulos Co. completes 10 transactions totaling 33,966 s/f

CBRE | The Boulos Co., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage leader, has completed the following transactions: *Eyes on Rosemont, LLC has leased 2,180 s/f of office space at 595 Brighton Ave., from KAL, LLC. The tenant will use this space as an optometrist office. Andrew Ingalls, Ingalls Commercial Brokerage, represented the landlord and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, of CBRE|Boulos, represented the tenant. *The Sunrise Guide, LLC has leased 600 s/f of office space at 640 Brighton Ave., from Income Property Management. Nate Stevens, CBRE|Boulos, represented both landlord and tenant. *James R. Wagner has leased 200 s/f of office space at 415 Congress Street, Portland, Maine. This transaction was brokered by Chris Paszyc and Jon Leahy of CBRE| Boulos. *Lafayette Hotels has purchased a 239-room Holiday Inn by the Bay from Harper Hotels. The 11-story hotel is located at 88 Spring St. Dan Greenstein, partner, CBRE|Boulos and Dave McElroy of CBRE|New England, brokered this transaction. *Critical Care Systems, Inc has renewed their lease for 4,421 s/f of office space at 10 Donald B Dean Dr., from Hampstead Associates, LLC. Pete Skapinsky, Dirigo Management, represented the landlord. Greenstein represented the tenant. *Goodwill Industries of Northern New England has expanded into a 2,084 s/f office suite at the Bayside Complex on 175 Lancaster St. Their total occupancy at the center has been increased to 10,779 s/f Justin Lamontagne of CBRE|Boulos represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Craig Young, CCIM, partner also of CBRE|Boulos. *Goodwill Industries of Northern New England has renewed its lease for 6,652 s/f of retail space at 890 Main St., Sanford, Me. Young and Greenstein brokered this transaction. *Goodwill Industries of Northern New England has renewed its lease for 10,400 s/f of retail space at 1104 Forest Ave. The tenant was represented by Young. *The Vacuum Cleaner Shop has leased 3,300 s/f of retail space on 50-60 Western Ave., Augusta, Me. Paszyc represented the landlord. *C-LINK, LLC has leased 4,129 s/f of office space at 2 City Center. Greg Boulos and Susan Scanlon, CBRE|Boulos brokered this transaction.
