CBRE | The Boulos Co. completes sale of 18.83 acres at 700 Gallery Boulevard
Charles Day, broker at CBRE | The Boulos Company completed the sale of a retail development lot at 700 Gallery Blvd. This 18.83 acre site sits between Lowe's home improvement store and Walmart Superstore in Scarborough Gallery. In representing the seller, KGI Properties, Day provided valuable insight and collaboration between KGI and the new owner, Waterstone Scarborough LLC.
Construction of a 113,890 s/f retail center with 450 space parking lot has commenced. As much of the space has already been pre-leased to national retailers, there are currently only a few units left.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
