CBRE | The Boulos Co. has completed the following transactions:
* Rudy Enterprises II/Ellsworth Shopping Center sold a 97,000 s/f grocery-anchored strip retail center to DK Ellsworth Shopping Center, LLC.
Current tenants in the center, which is located on a 23-acre parcel at 175 High St., includes Shaw's, Reny's, Family Dollar, Wendy's, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, and several local area businesses.

* 11 Shepley Associates purchased a 40-unit apartment building at 11 Shepley St. in Portland from seller Everett Chambers, LP. Joe Porta, SIOR, arranged the transaction.
* JAF Realty, LLC purchased a multi-tenanted retail center at 262 U.S. Route One in Freeport from seller Kevmer Corp. The new owner plans to lease the vacant space.
