The Merry Table has leased 1,350 s/f of retail space at 43 Wharf St. from Old Port Retail Holdings LLC.
This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, Dead River, and the tenant by Steve Baumann of CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Company.
