Drew Sigfridson and Derek Miller represented the landlord, October Corporation in the renewal. * Amazing DJ, LLC leases 600 s/f at 995 Forest Ave. Miller represented the landlord, Income Property Management, and Marie Gresik with Malone Commercial Brokers represented the tenant. * Engility Corporation renewed its lease of 5,000 s/f at 6 Oak Grove, Bath.Leased from the landlord 53-57 Allen Ave, LLC. The tenant was represented by Dan Greenstein.
