CBRE | The Boulos Company leases 2,076 s/f to Maine Basketball, LLC
According to CBRE | The Boulos Company, Maine Basketball, LLC has leased 2,076 s/f of retail/office space at 415 Congress St. from 415 Congress St. Properties, LP. Maine Basketball is the entity behind the recently unveiled Portland, Me. franchise for the NBA Development League.
The retail storefront space will sell tickets, team apparel and other merchandise. Games for the 2009-10 season will be played at the Portland Expo Center which is currently being updated with a new parquet floor and video scoreboard.
The transaction was brokered by Chris Paszyc, Andrew Nelson, and Jon Leahy of CBRE | The Boulos Company.
