D'Addabbo of New England Retail Properties leases 19,197 s/f to Tractor Supply Company
Tractor Supply Company secured a lease for its sixth Connecticut store. It will be a 19,197 s/f store on 4 acres located on Boston Post Rd. (Rte. 6) in the heart of the Rte. 6 retail corridor. Neighboring tenants include Home Depot, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sears Hardware, Aldi, Advanced Auto, and many more. The store will service the towns of Columbia, Windham, Mansfield, Storrs, Lebanon, Colchester, Hebron and Marlborough for all their farm, ranch and pet needs.
Tractor Supply Company is one of the largest retail farm and ranch store chains in the U.S. The company operates more than 800 retail stores in 40 states, employs more than 10,000 team members and is headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn. Stores supply the unique products to support their customers' rural lifestyle, from welders and generators to animal care products and men's and women's workwear. You can also find pet supplies, animal feed, power tools, riding mowers, lawn and garden products and more. Each store team includes a welder, a farmer and a horse owner who collectively provide an exceptional depth of knowledge and resources.
The store which is scheduled to open this summer will be developed, owned and managed by Windham Crossing, LLC. Mark D'Addabbo, president of New England Retail Properties, Inc., was responsible for the acquisition of the land and lease with Tractor Supply Company.
