CBRE/NE completes $4.7 million sale of seven acres
Glastonbury, CT CBRE/NE has negotiated the sale of land at the corner of Hebron Ave. & House St. The land totaling 7 acres is located just off Rte. 2 at Exit 8. The development lot was acquired by a Tri-State developer, Continental Properties, for $4.7 million. Continental Properties has received approvals for a 145-unit rental apartment community.
Kyle Roberts of CBRE/New England’s Hartford office represented the seller and also assisted in procuring the buyer for this transaction.
