CCIM Conn. chapter Deal of the Month, August 2021: Russell of Pearce CRE sells 13.26 acres in Milford
Milford, CT The Connecticut CCIM Chapter said that Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR of Pearce Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of 13.26 acres located at 185 Plains Rd.
According to Russell, “The buyer is the contiguous property owner and will be able to use the land for future expansion or development.”
The contiguous property is a three-story, class-A multi-tenanted office building with total mortgage.
The land sold for $1.5 million, or $113,122 per acre. Both the buyer, WP Properties, LLC and the seller, WDC Milford Associates Limited Partnership, were represented by Russell.
