CCIM Connecticut Chapter hosts “Site To Do Business” workshop on May 2nd

Guilford, CT The Connecticut CCIM Chapter is holding a hands-on workshop on the “Site To Do Business” (STDB) platform on May 2nd at the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors at 2730 Boston Post Rd.

The workshop will demonstrate the impact demographics have on cash flow analysis. Attendees can expect an overview of technological updates to the platform as well as exercises to show how the platform can aid in real world dealmaking. Attendees will learn how to utilize STDB Business Analyst via a hands-on case study.

The workshop, “Enhanced Cashflow Analysis Utilizing Demographics with Site To Do Business,” is being taught by Stan Gniazdowski, president of CCIM Technologies/STDB. Gniazdowski is a CCIM, CRE and was named CCIM Institute Instructor of the Year for 2022. He is a Conn. real estate consultant and legacy member of the CCIM Institute.

“Agents and users are leaving money on the table by not knowing how to operate the simple tools available to them with this platform,” said Gniazdowski.

On June 1st, the chapter welcomes CCIM Institute chief economist K.C. Conway, CCIM, CRE, MAI as the keynote speaker of its mid-year economic symposium, taking place at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell.

Conway will arm attendees with insights as to where commercial real estate markets may be headed in 2023. Leveraging key figures like inflation, housing data, and confidence indices, he will examine major trends that impact primary CRE sectors like office, industrial, retail, and multifamily. 

Additional panelists include Thomas LaSalvia, Ph.D., senior economist, Moody’s Analytics and Lonnie Hendry, CRE, senior vice president of Trepp. Early bird pricing is available until May 1st.
