CCIM Connecticut chapter hosts summer social at Glastonbury Boathouse

Glastonbury, CT On July 2 at the Glastonbury Boathouse, the CCIM Connecticut chapter held a summer social on a patio overlooking the Connecticut River while listening to Wayne D’Amico, CCIM, EVP Xceligent present on commercial property data solutions to an industry problem. The event was well attended by over 50 attendees which included brokers, chapter sponsors, and commercial real estate affiliates.

D’Amico presented his first $1,000 named endowed scholarship to Connor Nolan. While Stanley Gniazdowski, CCIM, CRE and Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR were not in attendance, a presentation of their first $1,000 named endowed scholarship was made to Jason Kushner.

For all of the chapter sponsors that weren’t in attendance, the always entertaining Tom Hill, CCIM, SIOR, in good fashion made sure to plug your business.

Many thanks to the program committee chair, Eric Amodio, Wayne D’Amico, CCIM, and the BOD for your assistance with putting on yet another successful CCIM event.
