Hartford, CT According to the CCIM Connecticut Chapter, two of its CCIM designee members have received the NAR National Commercial Award. 

Congratulations to Eric Amodio, CCIM and Stephen Patten, CCIM for their outstanding achievements within the commercial real estate industry and beyond over the past year. Each honoree was nominated because they received a local or state association award, community recognition, an award from their brokerage/firm, achievement from another professional organization, industry organization or news publication

Realtors engaged in all aspects of commercial real estate, land, development, property management and counseling are recognized for their achievements. NAR is proud of these Realtors and all members in commercial real estate. 

Amodio, CCIM, is with Amodio & Co. Real Estate. A member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors
and recipient of 2016 & 2017 CCIM CT Chapter Dealmaker Award.  Amodio is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a background in retail and multifamily investment. Closed deal clients have included Goodwin College, Stanley Black & Decker, Allstate Insurance, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Popeye’s Chicken and others. As principal of Square One Equities, he is actively seeking value-add multifamily, retail, and office investment opportunities in Greater Hartford. 

Patten, CCIM, is with The Proto Group. A member of the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors and recipient of the NHMR Commercial Investment Division Community Service Award. Patten is a proven results-oriented commercial real estate broker specializing in all aspects of CRE and national retail tenant representation throughout New England. His specialties include National retail tenant representation throughout New England with market analysis, expansion plans, site selection and deal negotiation.
