CCIM CT holds mid-year commercial real estate symposium

Milford, CT The CT Chapter of CCIM held its Mid-Year Commercial Real Estate Symposium - “Economic & Commercial Real Estate Development Trends” - on Friday, July 13 at The Great River Golf Club. Dr. Hugh Kelly, Ph.D., CRE, special advisor at Fordham University, was the keynote speaker followed by a panel discussion with Ethan Ruby, CEO of Theraplant, Karen Goyette, senior vice president of Hartford Healthcare and Richard Lee, managing director OR&L. Stanley Gniazdowski, CCIM served as moderator. The symposium was sold out with over 100 commercial real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys and related real estate services in attendance.
