CCIM Conn. chapter Deal of the Month - July 2021: Ryer leases 8,450 s/f at 41 Eagle Rd., Danbury

July 23, 2021 - Connecticut
41 Eagle Road - Danbury, CT

Danbury, CT According to the Connecticut CCIM Chapter, Augustus Ryer, CCIM, of Ryer Associates Commercial Real Estate brokered the lease of a 8,450 s/f facility located at 41 Eagle Rd. The move is an expansion from Tastes Natural, LLC’s current +-1,300 s/f space, and will include food application and development labs, offices, and both dry and refrigerated warehousing.

According to Henry Schaffer, CEO, “Danbury has been a great location to build our food ingredients business and we’re excited to continue our rapid growth in our new, larger location.”

“This was a fascinating assignment,” Ryer said. “I placed Tastes Natural at their current location on North St. in 2018, and their growth into more than six times their original space is an exceptional Connecticut success story.”

The lease closed alongside the sale of the property on June 30, 2021. Ryer represented the tenant in this transaction.
