Centro Properties Group brokers 2,600 s/f lease expansion
According to Centro Properties Group, the newly expanded Sally Beauty Supply has opened at Willow Springs, located just east of the FE Everett Tpke. and 0.2 mile north of the New Hampshire/Massachusetts state border on the Daniel Webster Hwy. at East Desilvio Dr.
Previously occupying 1,310 s/f, Sally Beauty Supply expanded into the adjoining space and now encompasses 2,600 s/f. Sally Beauty Supply has been a retailer at Willow Springs Plaza since 2009.
Centro Properties Group is the owner of Willow Springs Plaza and was represented by Mark Potter with Centro Properties Group.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
