Centro Properties Group brokers 2,600 s/f lease expansion

According to Centro Properties Group, the newly expanded Sally Beauty Supply has opened at Willow Springs, located just east of the FE Everett Tpke. and 0.2 mile north of the New Hampshire/Massachusetts state border on the Daniel Webster Hwy. at East Desilvio Dr. Previously occupying 1,310 s/f, Sally Beauty Supply expanded into the adjoining space and now encompasses 2,600 s/f. Sally Beauty Supply has been a retailer at Willow Springs Plaza since 2009. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Willow Springs Plaza and was represented by Mark Potter with Centro Properties Group.
