Centro Properties Group executes two leases at Holyoke Shopping Ctr.
According to Centro Properties Group, a 7,425 s/f lease has been executed with Rainbow, a women's apparel retailer, and an 1,800 s/f lease has been executed with Subway at Holyoke Shopping Center located just east of I-91 in the southwest corner of Northampton St. (Rte. 5) and Whiting Farms Rd.
Brian Nadler of National Commercial Brokers, Inc., Needham represented Rainbow. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Holyoke Shopping Center and was represented by Charles Davis with Centro Properties Group.
Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 17 Ferolbink Way, for $4.5 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, sales associate of Mott & Chace
