Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 1,300 s/f retail space to Karen Buccini

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has leased 1,300 s/f of retail space at 71 North Turnpike Rd. to Karen Buccini. Buccini has opened That New Place, a new restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. That New Place Restaurant is located on Rte. 150 in a neighborhood retail/commercial center in the Yalesville section of town. Joel Nesson was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the landlord, Yong and Sokphil Lee, as well as the tenant, Karen Buccini.
