Centro Props. leases 28,000 s/f to Namco at Waterford Commons

According to Centro Properties Group, Namco, a retailer of swimming pools, products and accessories, recently opened in 28,000 s/f at Waterford Commons, located in the northeast corner of the I-95 and I-395 junction, on Hartford Tpke. south of Cross Rd. Brian Katz of Katz & Associates, Pearl River, N.Y. represented Namco. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Waterford Comons and was represented by David Gerstenhaber with Centro Properties Group.
