Meyers of Paramount Partners leases 30,000 s/f at Pilgrim Hill Plaza
Deborah Meyers, CCIM of Paramount Partners, LLC negotiated the lease of 30,000 s/f of retail space at 10 Pilgrim Hill Rd. to Grossman's Bargain Outlet, a division of EC Barton Corp.
The 118,000 s/f former Kmart was purchased by Pilgrim Hill Plaza, Plymouth in 2004. Since then the owner has upgraded the center with new signage and landscaping and subdivided it into five spaces including Savers, Tuesday Morning and Best Tile. There is only one 24,000 s/f retail space yet to lease.
Paramount Partners represented the landlord and Horn Companies represented the tenant in the transaction.
Little Compton, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 17 Ferolbink Way, for $4.5 million. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, sales associate of Mott & Chace
