Chad Boulay elevated to COO at Atlantic Property Management

Boston, MA Atlantic Property Management, a boutique property management company part of Atlantic Retail, has promoted Chad Boulay to the role of chief operating officer (COO). With his extensive commercial real estate experience and exceptional leadership skills, Boulay is poised to drive Atlantic Property Management to new heights of success in its property management endeavors. 

As COO, Boulay will oversee the company's day-to-day operations, focusing on enhancing operational processes, optimizing company performance, and fostering innovation across all departments. Boulay will also lead the company’s new business development endeavors that will play a pivotal role in aligning Atlantic Property Management's strategic objectives with its mission of delivering unparalleled service and value to existing and future clients. 

Boulay brings expertise to his new position, having served diligently as the senior vice president over the past two years. Prior to Atlantic Property Management, Boulay has held leadership positions with Synergy Investments, HallKeen Management, Tishman Speyer, Equity Industrial Partners, and more.
