Chapman Const. selected to perform construction management services at Madbury Public Library

Madbury, NH Chapman Construction/Design was selected to perform construction management services for the Madbury Public Library project. Currently engaged in the pre-construction phase, the team is slated to begin construction in the spring of 2019. The high-efficiency building designed by Manypenny Murphy Architecture will incorporate sustainable features such as a well-sealed and insulated building envelope, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, and renewable materials. After several years of planning and fundraising, the town is excited to kick-off the project this year in celebration of their 250th anniversary. 

Founded in 1984, Chapman provides industry-leading construction management and sustainability consulting services to forward looking corporate, education, and healthcare clients.
