Hingham, MA Chapman Construction/Design completed a new primary care facility for Brigham and Women’s Harbor Medical Associates. 

Located within The Launch at Hingham Shipyard mixed-use development early infrastructure considerations were key to transforming the existing retail shell space into a comfortable environment for top-notch patient care. 

Chapman worked with the partner’s team and their vendors to seamless integrate their specialty security, tel/data, and HVAC systems. The new space has 12 exam rooms, a procedure room, phlebotomy lab, reception area, administrative offices, and utility rooms. 

Additional team members included owner’s representatives CBRE/New England and architect/engineers Cannon Design.
