Charter Realty & Dev. leases 22,500 s/f to Tractor Supply Co.
Charter Realty & Development Corp. has leased 22,500 s/f to Tractor Supply Company in Hooksett Village Shops. This is another in a long line of deals Charter has completed with Tractor Supply.
Tractor Supply Company is one of the largest retail farm and ranch store chains in the U.S. The company operates more than 800 retail stores in over 44 states. Tractor Supply is a leading edge retailer with revenues surpassing $3 billion.
Hooksett Village Shops is a 256,942 s/f center that is also anchored by a Shaw's Grocery store, Ocean State Job Lot and a U.S. Post Office. Hooksett Village Shops is located on Hooksett Rd. - Rte, 3.
Charter currently leases or owns over 14,900,000 s/f throughout the East Coast.
