KeyPoint Partners, LLC has negotiated retail leases throughout Mass., including shopping centers such as Carriagetown Marketplace in Amesbury; Holden Commons in Holden; Cushing Plaza in Cohasset; Fashion Crossing in North Attleboro; Saugus Plaza in Saugus; and on Harvard St. in Brookline. Tenants include iParty, UPS Store, Rocky's Ace Hardware, Rockland Trust, Alfred Angelo, Marshalls, and Men's Wearhouse, with sizes ranging from 2,100 s/f to 30,100 s/f. KeyPoint Partners is headquartered in Burlington.
