Charter Realty & Development completes 1,261 s/f lease
Charter Realty & Development has arranged a 1,261 s/f lease for Farrow & Ball at Compo Acres Shopping Center. The center is anchored by a recently expanded Trader Joe's.
Peter Levine of Charter Realty & Development represented Farrow & Ball in direct dealings with Equity One. This location, which will open at the end of the summer, will be Farrow & Ball's second store in Conn.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
