Charter Realty & Development completes 1,261 s/f lease

Charter Realty & Development has arranged a 1,261 s/f lease for Farrow & Ball at Compo Acres Shopping Center. The center is anchored by a recently expanded Trader Joe's. Peter Levine of Charter Realty & Development represented Farrow & Ball in direct dealings with Equity One. This location, which will open at the end of the summer, will be Farrow & Ball's second store in Conn.
