Shea Commercial Properties sells Two Dyer Avenue in Salem, N.H.
Two Dyer Ave, a commercial property located on Rte. 28, North Broadway, has been sold. KEMDS Realty LLC., purchased the property which will be renovated and become home to Technology Seed. Owned and operated by Kurt Simione, Technology Seed provides complete network setup to computer repair and personal computer support.
Harry Shea of Shea Commercial Properties, Inc., represented the seller, ZENO Properties, LLC and assisted the buyer, KEMDS, LLC.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
