Charter Realty & Development Corp. brings New Brite Plaza to 100% occupancy

According to Charter Realty & Development Corp., it has now leased to capacity the New Brite Plaza, a 164,084 s/f power center located at the intersection of Martin Luther King Dr. and East Main St. The shopping center is anchored by Ocean State Job Lot, Save-A-Lot, AJ Wright, Advanced Auto, Dunkin' Donuts, Michaels, Town Fair Tire, McDonald's and the latest addition to the shopping center, Taco Bell. Charter currently leases or owns over 14.9 million s/f of centers throughout the East Coast.
