Cotter of Powers & Co. brokers 4,800 s/f lease at Wal-Lex Plaza

Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company represented the landlord in the leasing of 4,800 s/f to Olympia Sports at Wal-Lex Plaza. This is the 187th store for Olympia Sports. Phil Kling of PK Properties represented the tenant. Wal-Lex Plaza is located at 868 Lexington St. Olympia Sports joins TJ Maxx, The Paper Store, Payless Shoes, and many other notable retailers. Powers & Co. exclusively represents landlords throughout New England.
