Charter Realty & Development Corp. leased 22,500 s/f to Tractor Supply Company in Hooksett Village Shops. This is another in a long line of deals Charter has completed with Tractor Supply. Tractor Supply is the largest retail farm and ranch store chain in the U.S. The company operates more than 800 retail stores in over 44 states. Tractor Supply has revenues surpassing $3 billion. Hooksett Village Shops is a 256,942 s/f center that is also anchored by a Shaw's Grocery store, Ocean State Job Lot and a United States Post Office. Hooksett Village Shops is located on Hooksett Rd.- Rte. 3.
