The property, on a .313 acre tract, will be utilized as additional parking for Lamprey Health Care on Prospect St.
The seller was represented by Steve MacDougall, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Bedford.
According to Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $390,000.
