Tenants of the 227,909 s/f center include Stop & Shop, Dress Barn and Dollar Tree. Norwichtown Mall benefits from having the dominant area grocer as an anchor. The shopping center services a trade area of 100,000 people. Charter currently leases or owns over 14.9 million s/f of shopping centers throughout the east coast.
