Tenants of the 227,909 s/f center include Stop & Shop, Dress Barn and Dollar Tree. Norwichtown Mall benefits from having the dominant area grocer as an anchor. The shopping center services a trade area of 100,000 people.
Charter currently leases or owns over 14.9 million s/f of shopping centers throughout the east coast.
Shelton, CT Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay, Matt Nadler and Jack Laurendeau of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Trader Joe’s. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and brought the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $7,882,639 which represents a 4.95% Cap Rate.
