Charter Realty & Development Corp. is leasing the Norwichtown Mall located at a traffic signaled intersection off Rtes. 2 and 32. Tenants of the 227,909 s/f center include Stop & Shop, Dress Barn and Dollar Tree. Norwichtown Mall benefits from having the dominant area grocer as an anchor. The shopping center services a trade area of 100,000 people.
Charter currently leases or owns over 14.9 million s/f of shopping centers throughout the east coast.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
