Gerstenhaber of Centro Properties leases 33,160 s/f to Savers at Chamberlain Plaza
According to Centro Properties Group, Savers has recently opened
a 33,160 s/f store at Chamberlain Plaza, located 0.2 mile north of I-691 East (exit 5), on Chamberlain Hwy. (Hwy. 71). Centro Props. is the owner of Chamberlain Plaza and was represented by David Gerstenhaber with Centro Props.
Centro Props. also leased 1,800 s/f to Subway at Holyoke Shopping Center, located east of I-91 in the southwest corner of Northampton St. (Rte. 5) and Whiting Farms Rd. in Holyoke, Mass. Centro Props. is the owner of Holyoke Shopping Center and was represented by Charles Davis with Centro Props.
