Charter Realty & Development to lease Cross Roads Plaza
Charter Realty & Development Corporation has been hired by Chase Enterprises to lease the 300,000 s/f Cross Roads Plaza. Cross Roads Plaza is located at the intersection of Foster Rd. and Waterford Parkway North., just off Rte. 95. Anchors include Lowe's, BJ's, Bob's and Regal Cinema. There are 99,232 people within the trade area and the center sits adjacent to a Super Wal-Mart.
CRDC owns or leases over 14 million s/f of shopping centers throughout the eastern U.S.

Franklin, NH Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of three retail properties in New Hampshire for a total of $6.285 million. Jake Mabardy, Aaron Huntley and Brad Canova of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Franklin Shopping Center. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3.595 million.
