TRB completes projects for Scoreboard Sports Bar, Imprints Day School; starts FedEx Ground projects
TRB Development Group, Inc. has completed renovations to the 5,198 s/f Scoreboard Sports Bar in the Holiday Inn. TRB completed the project on time.
TRB also completed a new, 8,000 s/f building for Imprints Day School in North Hampton, N.H. The building is wood framed on a concrete slab, with cast-in-place concrete, vinyl siding, and the roof system is EPDM with architectural shingles. Imprints Day School will accommodate infant care, 2-3 year olds, 4-year-olds, and pre-kindergarten children. TRB completed this project on time for opening the second week in August.
FedEx Ground has awarded a multiple location project to TRB Development Group, Inc. The security upgrade project includes selected demolition and new walls; replacement doors, hardware, turnstiles, and motorized gates; new electrical/computer panels; and site work. Sites receiving upgrades are in Londonderry, N.H., Brockton, Mass., Windsor, Conn. and Wilmington, Mass.
