Charter Realty leases 34,000 s/f to Price Rite at Waterbury Shopping Center

Waterbury, CT Price Rite Marketplace will open a new location at Waterbury Shopping Center. The deal marks Price Rite’s first new lease signing in over five years.

William Cafero of Charter Realty brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord, Tartaglia Commercial Properties. Price Rite will occupy 34,000 s/f formerly home to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.

Price Rite’s new location will join a growing roster of retailers, further enhancing Wolcott St.’s appeal as a go-to shopping destination.

Charter Realty has played an instrumental role in the resurgence of Wolcott Street, helping attract best-in-class tenants that meet the community’s demand for an enhanced shopping experience – having previously brought TJ Maxx, US Furniture, Jersey Mike’s, Once Upon a Child and more on behalf of landlord representation in the marketplace.

Price Rite’s addition to Waterbury Shopping Center is significant, as Charter Realty facilitated an exciting new major anchor and daily traffic driver.
