Charter Realty opens eleven stores at the Storrs Center in Mansfield

Charter Realty & Development has opened 11 spaces in the Storrs Center. Storrs Automotive, 1,412 s/f; Select Physical Therapy, 2,611 s/f; Travel Planners, 373 s/f; Skora's Barber Styling Shop, 448 s/f; Body Language, 1,004 s/f; and Subway, 1,190 s/f have all opened in their new locations. Additional businesses that will be opening include, Froyoworld 1,345 s/f; Bank of America, 407 s/f; Insomnia Cookies, 633 s/f; Sweet Emotions Candy Shop, 717 s/f; and Husky Pizza 2,187 s/f. Storrs Center located just steps from the University of Connecticut and will be Mansfield's new downtown. Storrs Center is a mixed-use town center containing 160,000 s/f of retail, office, and housing located on Rte. 195. Charter Realty & Development Corp. currently owns or leases over 14 million s/f of shopping centers throughout the Northeast.
