The Wilder Companies to open 7,358 s/f Guitar Center

According to The Wilder Companies, the national retail real estate leasing, management and development firm, Guitar Center will open a 7,358 s/f store at Durgin Square on Woodbury Ave. "With Guitar Center added to the existing tenant mix this further solidifies the center's place as a dominant retail center in the trade area and we are already seeing evidence of this as we continue with our leasing and remerchandising efforts at Durgin Square," said Deb Di Meo, vice president, leasing at The Wilder Cos., management company for the shopping center. "Guitar Center is a welcome addition not only to the center but to the entire Seacoast as musicians anxiously await its opening," said Paige Quigley, senior property manager for Wilder.
