Charter Realty signs Tractor Supply to 25,400 s/f at Valmont Plaza
Charter Realty & Development Corp. has signed a lease with Tractor Supply in the Valmont Plaza located on Susquehanna Rd. The new 25,400 s/f Tractor Supply will join Big Lots and Rent-A-Center in the 199,564 s/f center.
Charter currently leases or owns over 13,000,000 s/f in 91 shopping centers throughout the east coast.
