TRB Development Group, Inc. has started two CVS projects. One is a 10,421 s/f interior fit-up without a pharmacy at 29 Winter St., Boston and the other is a 12,900 s/f new store with a pharmacy at Northgate Plaza in Portland, Me. They are TRB's 15th and 16th CVS projects. The Winter St. fit-up includes new electrical, interior finishings, some new HVAC, plumbing, and new exterior signage. The store opening is scheduled for the end of December. William Starck Architects, Inc. of Fall River provided architectural plans. The Portland project will utilize one of CVS's colonial-style designs with brick masonry, white columns, and Werzalit siding. There will be one drive-thru window and 65 parking spaces. Portland CVS is scheduled to open April 2010 and was designed by BKA Architects of Brockton.
