Cherrytree Group expands office space at 233 Needham Street

Cherrytree Group will soon expand its office space, moving from the 4th to the 5th floor at 233 Needham St. The impending move to the expanded headquarters will double the office's square footage and is being made to accommodate the company's growth, which has resulted in increased client needs and the necessity to hire additional personnel. Cherrytree Group, led by president and CEO Warren Kirshenbaum, is a consultant, tax credit broker, and syndicator that specializes in Brownfields Tax Credits, Renewable Energy Tax Credits, Solar Energy Credits and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. The firm advises business owners, real estate owners and developers on ways to monetize expenditures on energy efficient developments or additions, solar/geothermal, or biomass systems and environmental remediation as well as on raising and syndicating private equity; on Brownfields and environmental remediation; securing, monetizing, or trading tax credits, incentives, or grants, and developmental finance. "We look forward to our move to larger quarters and invite all current and prospective clients to visit us in our expanded space," said Kirshenbaum.
