Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. negotiated a five year lease of 7,000 s/f on the top floor of 155 Fleet St. to Orbis, Inc. Brokers David Choate and Rebecca Lee of the firm's Portsmouth office represented the owner, Wenberry Associates, LLC, and assisted the lessee. Orbis, Inc. is a woman-owned technology services company. The lease, which commences this month, fills all of the remaining space in the building formerly housing Bottomline Technologies.
