Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, leased a 4,578 s/f bank branch with 3 drive-thru lanes located at 20 International Dr., Pease International Tradeport.
David Choate of Colliers International|New Hampshire's Portsmouth office represented the Lessor, 30 International Drive, LLC, and Katherine Williams Kane of Williams ReloLogic represented the Lessee, Optima Bank and Trust Company of Portsmouth.
The long-term lease at Pease marks the fourth full service branch location for Optima since its founding in 2008. Optima will be renovating the former TD Bank branch and will be the only commercial bank located at Pease.
Dan Morrison, president and CEO of Optima Bank and Trust, said that Optima chose to locate its second Portsmouth branch at Pease because it will allow the bank to offer its exceptional service and products to the 8,000-plus employees and hundreds of businesses at Pease and in the surrounding area.
