Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has renewed the lease for 27,417 s/f at 40 Old Dover Rd. of Fireplace Products U.S., Inc. (FPI) of British Columbia. This high bay warehouse space in Allard Park has been occupied by FPI since 2004 and was renewed after a search by FPI of other alternatives in the area.
David Choate of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream's Portsmouth office brokered the renewal for A. A. & M., Inc. whose president, Robert Allard, said he was delighted that such a strong company chose to remain in the space on a long term basis and without the loss of any rent to the Allards.
Margaret O'Brien of CBRE-NE (Portsmouth office) represented the tenant which will continue to use the property as a distribution facility.
