Choate, Rohrer and Tator of G&E|Coldstream arrange $14.2 million sale of 70,000 s/f medical condominium

Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc., has assisted both parties in the sale of a 70,000 s/f medical condominium office building at 44 Birch St.
The asset was purchased by the Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT, Inc. The seller was The Birches Development Corp. of Bedford.
Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream's David Choate, Bob Rohrer and Wes Tator assisted the seller and procured the buyer for this transaction, which was a referral from Tyler Ewing of Grubb & Ellis' Boston office.
The Nutfield Professional Building is master leased by HCA Health Services of New Hampshire, Inc. and sits on the campus of Parkland Medical Center.
According to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $14.2 million.
