REI Service Realty's Duhamel-Labbe sells $325,000 prop.

According to REI Service Corporation, the listing broker of Unit D1, 172 Rte. 101, Austin's Place, Inc. purchased the 2,145 s/f retail condominium unit. The new owner will utilize the unit for their high-end lighting business called The Lighting Showroom. The building was previously home to A.O. Phaneuf & Son Funeral Home, Inc.   According to tax stamps on the recorded deed the sales price was $325,000. Doris Duhamel-Labbe of REI Service Corporation represented the seller. Debby Garofano of Innovative Realty represented the buyer.
