Chozick of Chozick Realty brokers $700,000 sale of 67-69 Prospect Avenue
Rick Chozick of Chozick Realty, Inc. has arranged the sale of 67-69 Prospect Ave. The sale price was $700,000 for 19,000 s/f, constructed in 1989. The building offers a multi-tenant professional office environment on three stories over covered parking. With onsite parking for 73 cars and highway access to I-84 within one block, the property offers value from an investment standpoint, as well as from a tenant business location perspective, according to Chozick.
The purchaser, IT Direct is a technology management and IT solution provider offering information technology services to the business community. The buyer was represented by Brian Zelman of Eagle Rock Retail LLC. The seller, Hartford CRE Holding Company LLC was represented by Chozick of Chozick Realty, Inc. This is the third time that Chozick Realty has brokered the sale of 67-69 Prospect Ave. since 2002.
