According to Rick Chozick of Chozick Realty, his firm has completed the $1.26 million sale of the Mansion Apartments. The multifamily residential complex which sold for $84,000 per unit consists of 15 units in two buildings on 2.53 acres. The buyer is Otis Manch LLC and the seller was Stephen Grimaldi.
The complex was constructed in 1972 and 1886. The 1886 building is an original Cheney Mansion converted to seven rental units. This one of a kind building offers working fireplaces, hand carved woodwork in original condition, original etched brass door hardware and canvas ceilings. Apartments are large two and three-bedroom units. The 1972 building contains 8 two-bedroom townhouse apartments.
The Mansion Apartments are located close to Manchester center and I-384.
